Together, Verónica Bazán and Viviana Kaffury are reshaping what empowerment looks like for Hispanic women. Their vision for Hispanic Women in Action is bold, inclusive, and grounded in real-life experience. As a proud 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, their mission is rooted in service — not profit — and driven by the belief that every Latina deserves access to tools, support, and opportunity.
Through every workshop, mentorship session, and community event, they are opening doors — and helping Latina women walk through them with strength, clarity, and purpose.
